Snappt is in need of an experienced and strategic Director of Product Marketing to drive the positioning, messaging, research, competitive intelligence, and product launches to accelerate growth, deepen market penetration, and strengthen our brand presence in the industry.

What we do

We stop the bad guys. Since 2020, we have saved our customers over $150MM in potential losses. 

The Snappt platform leverages our proprietary algorithm to effectively and efficiently identify tampered or altered documents used for income or financial verification. For example, this empowers property managers and owners to avoid costly evictions (and the associated bad debt.)

What you will do

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring cross-functional alignment across sales, product management, and marketing teams
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research, and competitive analysis, and manage the Customer Advisory Board and customer surveys to gain insights into market dynamics, buyer personas, and customer pain points. Utilize findings to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, and positioning statements that resonate with target audiences in the multifamily property management space. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing and sales collateral.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training programs that equip them with the knowledge and materials needed to sell our solutions to multifamily property owners and managers.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces, to educate prospects and customers about our products and industry trends.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Define key metrics for measuring the success of product marketing initiatives. Analyze performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, and executive teams to align product development, marketing, and sales efforts with company goals and customer expectations.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product marketing within the SaaS industry, 
  • Experience (3+ years) focusing on Proptech and multifamily sectors.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Passion for innovation and a strong interest in the intersection of technology and real estate.

Snappt is a remote-first organization. 

We don’t even have an office. So if you’re accountable and do high-quality work...do it from anywhere. You can also expect to see your teammates throughout the year IRL, at company-supported retreats and events.

Annual Salary Range: $175,000-210,000
