Snappt is in need of an experienced FP&A Analyst to play a critical role in the Finance team’s planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

What we do

We stop the bad guys. Since 2020, we have saved our customers over $150MM in potential losses. 

The Snappt platform leverages our proprietary algorithm to effectively and efficiently identify tampered or altered documents used for income or financial verification. For example, this empowers property managers and owners to avoid costly evictions (and the associated bad debt.)

What you will do

  • Revenue forecasting: Work cross-departmentally to understand Snappt’s current and future business models to forecast changes in bookings, ARR, revenue, and customer retention
  • Expense forecasting: Understand the business needs of each department to maintain an updated forecast reflecting the expenses Snappt expects to incur
  • Revenue reporting: Reconcile and report on in-period changes in Snappt’s annual recurring revenue, and understand the effect on bottom-line metrics
  • Maintain and update the financial model with actuals and changes in forecast 
  • Prepare deliverables to department leaders, and Finance reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Take proactive measures: Proactively flag important changes to management that impact our company health, goals, and KPIs
  • Improve processes: Further integration and collaboration between accounting and FP&A functions within the team, and between Finance and other departments
  • Assist with other Finance duties as assigned
 

What you bring

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably FP&A or Strategic Finance; SaaS experience a plus
  • A sharp attention to detail and organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills, with the ability to build financial models and visualizations in PowerPoint / Google Slides
  • Strong understanding of the three major financial statements and how they interconnect
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • An eagerness to learn, bring in new ideas, and think outside the box
 

Where you’ll work

Snappt is a remote-first organization. 

We don’t have an office. So if you’re accountable and do high-quality work...do it from anywhere. You can also expect to see your teammates throughout the year IRL, at company-supported retreats and events.

Salary Range:
$83,000-$91,282
